Standards at Your Fingertips
Binders again- love them! Each is filled with examples of what you see on the front cover. So easy to meet those standards with these at your fingertips!

I am not sure exactly what you do with these...can you explain a bit more? :)
Sure-they are filled with examples of each. For example, in each page of the synonym book, there are 2 synonym words and illustrations to match. In the antonym book, each page has 2 antonym words and illustrations to match. Each book has about 30 pages in each. The students are expected to understand Synonyms, Antonyms and Compound Words. (And contractions- going to make one for that next.) So- when it comes time to teach each, I pull out my handy book and it is a quick reference for teaching and discussing each. Then, I place each book into the class library for the students to have at their fingertips to read. I refer to them many times during the year as we discuss these skills. I have the students make our own class books, also, with the students writing the words and the illustrations. It reminds me of the skills I need to teach and provides for easy reference.
Love this! Thanks so much for the wonderful idea!
